Mass contact program (Sampark – customer connect)
Mass Contact Program designated as Sampark (customer connect) was organsied on April 02 (SIDBI Day) wherein around 250 officers of the Bank visited micro and small enterprises and promoters spread across 100 different districts of the country to understand the concerns of the sector. The program helped the Bank to build a healthy relationship with MSEs and unlearn preconceptions and re-learn about the vast unexplored opportunities that lie at the bottom of the pyramid i.e MSEs.
Sidbi-ET India mse awards
SIDBI in association with ET and CRISIL as a knowledge partner has instituted a “SIDBI-ET India MSE Awards” to recognize the contribution of the MSEs which have established themselves as role models for other MSEs besides acknowledging and disseminating the information about the contributions by these MSEs in various sectors of economy. The Award will be recognizing successful MSEs for their outstanding achievement in manufacturing and services sector under seven categories viz. Environment, Technology, Innovation, Export, Overall Best MSE, Young Achiever and Woman Achiever in MSE sector. This award shall strengthen the visibility of the MSEs and showcase tomorrow’s leaders who have been contributing in the country’s socio-economic transformation. There are also special awards to recognize the significant contribution of lenders (Banks/NBFCs) to MSEs. Final award ceremony is was organised on January 12, 2019 at New Delhi.
